I began making chainmaille in the fall of 2001 while still in college. The concept was something I was interested in persuing back in the late 90s when I first stumbled upon some pictures of finishes pieces on the Internet. Once I had the time in college, I aquired some galvanized fencing wire at the local Home Depot and began to coil and cut my own rings, which I soon found out were grossly disproportionate by most standards. After some further research, I found how to properly calculate ring sizes and began using other metals, including Gold and Sterling Silver. To me, this is a hobby, one I greatly enjoy and take great pride in. I find it an honor to know that people enjoy my work and are willing to wear or display it themselves.
